Attendee Logistics: Fall 2024 LTCH Leadership Conference + Advocacy Hill Day

  1. MOBILE CHECK-IN / MOBILE KEY: Use the Marriott Bonvoy app to get priority room assignments, an alert when your room is ready and to unlock your guest room with your iPhone or Apple Watch, plug get access to public areas, fitness center and pool.
  2. REGISTRATION NAME TAGS & PROGRAM: May be picked up Wednesday, October 23 during the Meet & Greet Reception (5:30pm - 6:30pm) and on Thursday, October 24 starting at 6:45am in the Chesapeake A-F Foyer.
  3. MEETING ROOMS:Tend to be on the cool side and adjusting temperature is not quick; bring a jacket or sweater and consider seating away from air vents.
  4. INTERNET ACCESS: Available in hotel hotspot areas and complimentary in hotel rooms.
  5. ELECTRICITY: Please bring your laptop/tablet charged because electrical outlets will not be available in the meeting rooms.
  6. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Contact Joe Velazquez ASAP if you are unsure if you submitted your dietary restrictions with your conference registration and/or to confirm that we are aware of any allergies, special meal requests (vegetarian, vegan, halal etc).

NALTH strives to share all speaker handouts with attendees. Handouts and slides supplied by speakers prior to the event will be shared as they become available. Please bring your laptop/tablet charged because electrical outlets will not be available in the meeting rooms.  Handouts are subject to change with program changes.

There are four freight elevators located on the ballroom level, back side of the convention center. Two elevators servicing the Exhibit Hall and two elevators servicing the National Harbor meeting rooms.

  1. Airports: DCA Ronald Reagan National Airport - 8.3 miles; BWI Baltimore Washington Airport - 38.7 miles; IAD Dulles International Airport - 35.2 miles
  2. Ride Sharing: Uber and Lyft
  3. Sedan Service: Hello D.C is our preferred vendor partner with all Bus movement and ZBest Worldwide  is our preferred vendor partner for Sedans and SUVs services
  4. Metro Bus (No Metro Stop): NH1 service available to/from Branch Ave Metro and NH12 service available to/from Alexandria Line connects Huntington
  5. Shuttles: Available to/from Tanager Outlet and Downtown Washington, D.C./Union Station
  6. Hotel Parking: $30 Self-park daily rate and $49 Valet daily.   There are 1,700 parking spaces in the garage (1,400 self-park and 300 valet). In and out parking privileges only available to overnight guests with a room key.

Hospital, Emergencies & Drugstore

All Gaylord National Safety Services Officers are CPR, AED, and first aid certified. All emergencies or suspicious activities should be reported immediately to Safety Services. Safety Services can be contacted by any house phone or dialing 333 from your guest room phone.
